The main achievements of this thesis are as follows : l . the effect of the frp reinforcement ratio on cracking moment is analyzed . the calculating method and corresponding calculating formulas of flexural cracking moment of frp reinforced concrete beam are put forward 分析了纤维增强塑料筋配筋率对纤维增强塑料筋混凝土梁正截面开裂弯矩的影响，提出了纤维增强塑料筋混凝土梁正截面抗裂度的计算方法和相应的计算公式。
